Jenny’s story covers the lives of five generations of women from her family, beginning with her great great great grandmother down to her own mother and a handwritten recipe book containing over 500 dishes, mainly Anglo-Indian which have been handed down from generation to generation.

JANINE ROEBUCK – Deaf Opera Singer

Inspirational speaker Janine has been honoured with a Passion in Action Award – South East of England Volunteer Award Winner 2016 for her work with Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNIB).

It was awarded for ‘demonstrating positive energy and healthy ambition, deep personal conviction, being willing to go the extra mile, being ‘fired up’ to do the best possible job – and being compelled to fight for our cause and maintain high standards and quality’.

MARK CURRY  –  Actor and Presentermarkcurrywicked[1]

Congratulations to veteran Blue Peter presenter Mark in his pivotal role as The Wizard in the hit musical Wicked.

This is the 10th anniversary of one of London’s longest running musicals and Mark will be staying in the show for the foreseeable future having gained favourable reviews for bringing his ‘pleasing new energy’ to the show.
